By using our cleaning, restoration, and customisation services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms exist to ensure transparency, quality, and a smooth experience for every client.
Service Overview
We specialise in professional sneaker and footwear cleaning, restoration, customisation, colour revival, and material reconditioning. All services are carried out with care using industry-approved products and techniques.
Assessment & Results
Every item is assessed individually before treatment. While we strive for the highest possible results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, marks, odours, or signs of wear, particularly on heavily worn, delicate, or damaged items.
Restoration outcomes may vary depending on the condition, material, age, and previous treatments of the footwear.
Customer Responsibility
By submitting items to us, you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner of the item
- You understand and accept the condition of the item prior to service
- You have disclosed any known damage, defects, or sensitivities (e.g. water damage, cracked leather, loose soles)
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage that becomes more noticeable during or after cleaning.
Risk & Liability
All services are carried out with professional care; however, due to the nature of cleaning and restoration, there is an inherent risk when working with worn, aged, or fragile materials.
We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by pre-existing wear or defects
- Manufacturer faults
- Natural material reactions (e.g. dye bleeding, cracking, peeling)
- Loss of structural integrity due to age or heavy use
In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our service, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Customisation Services
All custom designs are carried out based on customer instructions and approval. Once a custom service has begun, it cannot be reversed or refunded. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to changes in personal taste after completion.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Service type
- Condition of the item
- Workload and demand
We will always aim to meet agreed timeframes and will notify you of any delays.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are agreed before work begins. Payment is required in full prior to return or delivery of items unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Collection & drop-off fees are calculated based on location and will be confirmed in advance.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made before work begins.
Once a service has started, refunds are not available.
No refunds are issued for completed services.
Collection & Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged for collection or shipping. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit by third-party couriers.
If items are not collected within 30 days of completion, storage fees may apply.
Abandoned Items
Items left uncollected for more than 60 days without communication may be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated at our discretion.
