We offer secure and reliable shipping for all footwear sent to us for cleaning, restoration, and customisation. Our process is designed to be seamless, convenient, and fully transparent from collection to return.
Shipping Methods
We currently use Royal Mail for all customer shipments unless otherwise agreed. Collection and return services are available and arranged in advance.
All shipping options, costs, and timelines are confirmed at checkout or during booking.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on location and service type and will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Where collection and drop-off services are offered, fees typically range from £5–£20 depending on area and will be confirmed prior to service.
Dispatch & Turnaround
Once your footwear has been cleaned, restored, or customised, it will be securely packaged and dispatched using the selected shipping method.
Dispatch times are dependent on:
- Service type
- Workload
- Item condition
- Courier schedules
We aim to return all items within the agreed timeframe and will notify you of any delays.
Customer Responsibility for Packaging
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged when shipping to us. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging during inbound transit.
Tracking & Notifications
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your item has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed and the item is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery.
Lost or Delayed Items
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by Royal Mail or any third-party courier once an item has left our premises.
Any claims for lost or delayed parcels must be made directly with the courier, although we will assist where possible.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Collection Service
Where collection is arranged, customers must ensure items are ready and available at the agreed time. Missed collections may incur additional charges.
Liability
We take every care to package items securely for return. However, we are not liable for:
- Damage caused in transit by third-party couriers
- Delays outside our control
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
